Si in al patrulea rand, pun aceasta intrebare simpla: cum pot sa fiu fidel - in sensul sa respect intocmai indatoririle mele fata de un stat - cand am dubla cetatenie? Pot sa raspund in egala masura indatoririlor constitutionale si legale ce revin unui cetatean fata de fiecare stat al carui resortisant prin dubla cetatenie o am? Nu."
