Congresul de la Oradea, de la sfarsitul acestei saptamani, va stabili presedintele UDMR pentru urmatorii 4 ani.

Retragerea lui Marko Bela, dupa 18 ani in functie, lasa libertatea delegatilor Uniunii sa aleaga intre cei 3 candidati care au intrat in batalie: Kelemen Hunor, Eckstein Kovacs Peter si Olosz Gergely.
