Daca, pentru moment, a scapat de nemultumirile jucatorilor si ale angajatilor care nu si-au primit salariile, Ioan Lucian ar putea sa aiba o problema cu finantatorii clubului. Prezent la "Analiza din redactie", Florin Birta, membru AGA din partea Consiliului Judetean, i-a amintit lui Lucian ca nu si-a realizat obligatiile financiare asumate la inceputul anului: 1,7 milioane de lei, adica aproximativ 85% din cele 500.000 de Euro pe care s-a angajat sa le aduca in club sub forma de sponsorizari.

FLORIN BIRTA - membru AGA FC Bihor - "Suma pe care a cerut-o clubul FC Bihor de la CL si CJ se ridica undeva la 19 miliarde, iar diferenta de suma de care era nevoie sa acopere bugetul in totalitate, pe 1 an calendaristic, era considerata acel aport de capital, acele sponsorizari pe care le va aduce domnul Lucian.

- Au fost incluse in buget. CL si CJ n-au aprobat 19 miliarde, au aprobat 14 miliarde, de aici este acest buget pentru 2010, cu acel aport de capital pe care domnul Lucian s-a obligat sa il aduca in club in acest an."
